30' phone screening for general fit + interest and experience then 3-5 back to back 30' in person interviews with team members and team leaders. Standard real estate interview questions. Walk through your resume, walk through your understanding of the capital stack, do you understand pref equity, mezz, etc. They love candidates who are familiar with Fundrise and identify with the mission.

After an introductory call with a recruiter, I had a scheduled virtual interview with Fundrise's in-house recruiter. Unfortunately the role was not initially described specifically enough and included more specialized experience in an adjacent field. So the recruiter and I both agreed the role would not be the right fit for me.
