I had one in-person interview with Alea. It was very rapid-fire her asking me a lot of questions about my resume, which she hadn't looked at barely at all before our interview. A lot of the questions were basic information about me that they could've learned beforehand. She also asked me inappropriate questions about my religion, graduation year, disability status, and more. At the time I didn't know these were illegal to ask, but I answered them all honestly and disclosed my disability. It felt very unprofessional and I felt like they were looking for a specific personality, not specific skills and traits.

Make sure that you know your stuff. You will be drilled and put on the spot all throughout your interview. You will be asked to meet at the office for your first round, then you will likely be asked to meet them for lunch to close the deal.
