HR would be normal just like other companies. Questions like--Why Equity, related to CV, how would you fit in, etc.
Finance would be basic with questions like:
Diff btw fundamental and technical analysis, P/V, P/E, and other ratios.
What do you think about the current economy. Which is better, low P/E or high P/E?

First there was a telephonic interview, where they asked simple question on how to analyse a company. Then interview was taken through video conferencing.

First there is telephonic round, where basic finance questions are asked by HR. This is followed by Skype interview, in which Project manger asks questions related to basic finance topics. Then there is confirmation in about three weeks time. The process was simple and individual will not find it tough to get in.
