I applied through a recruiter The process took 2 weeks. I reached out to an employee on LinkedIn and got offered a phone screen the next day. The interview was straight forward; I was told about the company, what they needed and then was asked questions about my experience, organization and time management skills. The next day, I got offered an in-person interview and was also required to do an online IQ and personality test. I met with the CFO. The interview seemed to go really well but then I was "ghosted' by everyone at the company including the recruiters.
