You talk to management on the phone first, then meet in person. You must already be licensed as a realtor and have the test scheduled. Then contact the broker via phone, email or text and they will let you know about Future Home Realty. It's not a matter of if you will be hired - you are an independent contractor, its whether you will be able to "fit" into the company model and they want you to understand all the benefits to working there.
