Colloquio
I got the interview fixed through an online application. On the day of the interview at cheers i was first made to fill up a form about my personal details and achievements on the computer. It was probably for their database. Then i was given an aptitude question paper to solve and a blank page for writing a short essay by one of the HR. Nobody was there to look after the whole process and i was sitting alone at the desk. There was no cctv as well, i checked :P. I was told to inform at the reception once i am done writing the essay. As i finished writing the essay, i went to the reception, submitted the papers and waited for the HR to appear. She came, informed me that i did well in the aptitude and essay writing and then she took me to a meeting room for a personal interview. It went good too. I was asked questions like Tell me about yourself, what is your goal in life etc etc. I was then made to edit a few news articles on the computer, as i had applied for the information analyst post. Once i was done i was asked to wait at the reception again. In 20mins the result was out and i was selected. Then i was taken into another meeting room for a 1:1 interview with the department head. After that came the HR round where i had to negotiate and all. The negotiation did not go well and i ended up asking for some time.

3. PI-situational based to understand the strengths and weaknesses of the candidate, very easy and informal
