The process began with a numerical, logical, and current affair aptitude test and a subsequent interview based on performance in the aptitude test.
The questions in the interview were focused on personal ambition, risk taking ability, career goals, and awareness of current financial news and events. Some questions were based on financial products that we were required to deal with. The results of the interview were announced withing a few hours post interview.

I gt short listed through the process that was held in college. The first round was a test which consisted of maths questions which required to be solved in a very less time. The questions were basic but it would help if candidate is aware of shortcuts to solve such problems. Once I was shortlisted, the next round was a stress interview in which I failed to convert.
