Incompetent HR and recruiting team. It's almost like they are not sure whether they want to hire people. They were never clear about the recruitment process, the number of interview rounds and when I can expect to hear from them. The recruitment process literally went on for months. I appeared for multiple interview rounds only to hear from them months later after every round. I did not accept the offer. If the recruitment experience was so frustrating, I can't imagine what working here will be like.
