Got a mail from the HR for an initial screening of 30 mins. The screening ended up in 9 mins and the HR seems to have literally no knowledge of the requirements. The skills were mentioned in the CV, and if they dont match with the job specs why even set up the screening ? Waste of time.

Interview process was pretty quick but they sent out result email very late. May be they were waiting for some other person to accept the offer , which I think that person rejected. Then they offered me but by that time I already accepted offer from some other company so I had to decline. Interview process is average but their expectation is that candidate should have skills of whole dev,qa and devops departments.

The process is a joke. Recruiters know nothing about the tech and not passionate about the job at all.
Technical screens are just a bunch of random questions thrown at you with zero coding.
Don't waste your time interviewing here!
