The selection process consisted of four well-structured stages. It began with an Online Assessment to evaluate technical and aptitude skills, followed by an Offline Assessment. Next was a Group Discussion to assess communication and teamwork abilities, and finally, a personal Interview to understand the candidate's overall fit, problem-solving approach, and career goals.
