The interview process was two-fold. The first part was a group interview, in which the typical situational questions were asked. After it, everyone was ushered back into the waiting room. The second part was one on one, and was so informal that I didn't realize it was actually an interview. It was just a conversation, at the end of which I was offered a job.

The interview was quick and easy. G4S is always looking for employees and is growing fast so they have a great hiring staff who are quick to contact you. I applied and they contacted me on the same day as I submitted the application.

Very easy questions, basically just checking if you’re a functional person. Don’t need relevant past experience, just need to show that you’re able to show up to work and be there pretty much.

It took a month for a call back. Asked traditional interview questions on the first interview and the second interview is job offer and seeing where you are a good fit to work at.
