The company is very relationship-oriented in the sense that they often help those who build relationships with them early on, before the actual interview process. They are very particular about their selection of candidates. If one is looking to do marketing for E. & J. Gallo, prior CPG experience is a must.

4 Interviewers- very conversational (Tell me about yourself and your experiences)- some structured questions and situationals, but overall very much wanted me to tell them about my experience and show my understanding of different functions of business- asked how my mind worked and what ideal work environments looked like, etc.
