The process was very in-depth, they definitely care about finding a good cultural fit as well as someone with extensive leadership experience. Gallo hosted several events prior to the interview to get to know me personally outside of my resume which I really appreciated. Let your personality shine at these events but also show how you can interact with people in a social event. These opportunities had alcohol available so drink smartly. You can't really prepare for their interviews other than practicing your answers to behavioral questions. Make sure to highlight and go into detail on your leadership experience. I had a really positive experience interviewing them and I highly reccommend applying.
