Apply with resume and cover letter. Two phone interviews before being invited to final round in CA. One interview is with an analyst and one is with a director. Did not receive a formal notification of not making it to the final round until the day of final round interviews, although I obviously knew I didn't get it at that point.

I attended a national national career fair and spent about 30 minutes speaking to one of the finance directors at the booth. They called me shortly after about an interview later in the day. That first interview was about 40 minutes long. 2 weeks later I got an email to schedule a second interview, a week after that I had a phone interview with another finance director. 2 weeks have passed with no more communication from them. Rated difficult because I personally dislike phone interviews.
