Several hours over 3 visits. Was told specifically by HR to wear a suit. When I arrived the guy interviewing me (the person I would be reporting to) was wearing shorts, a t-shirt, busted shoes, and a torn up orange safety vest.
This was my 4th time in 15 years being recruited to either G3 or Gallo and they must have wasted over 20 hours of my time. The same HR person that interviewed me the first time at G3 interviewed me at Gallo the last time. She was new and eager the first time and seemed really engaged in the process. The most recent time she was like a mindless drone that just asked canned questions and looked for every chance to criticize your answers like a prosecuting lawyer. They were very insistent that they maintain a culture of "sustained success', which basically translates into "conform to the status quo" and don't try to rock the boat or bring up any new ideas.

Four months long. I was told after 3rd interview I was no longer being considered. The next day I received a call I misunderstood and I was being considered but they were reopening the position to new candidates and I’d have to wait until the new candidates also had 3 interviews. Never heard back but received several bottles of wine 2 months later. No card. No explanation.
