On campus interview, I had the opportunity to speak with two women about how the company hires and attempts to retain their employees. It lasted a little over an hour, and it was pretty enjoyable. I learned a lot about how flexible the company is, and I was really interested in hearing about one of their jobs in information security. Having little experience in the interview process, I learned a lot from how they postured themselves, and how they poised their questions/responses to what they were trying to learn from me to see if I was a good fit.
