Under the current circumstances, we’re relying on video interviewing as our offices are shut with the safety of all team members in mind. To ensure consistency throughout the process, we ask every candidate to complete the SHL psychometric questionnaire to understand individual working styles and we use this to shape our questions during the second stage interview. We’re happy to take candidates through their results to better understand how this is used during the interview process. We apologise that the CTO was unavailable to attend the interview, however, we recognise that candidates value a timely response and wanted to get in touch with your feedback as soon as possible.
