Easy interview, but not competitive at all. Not a good place if you’re looking for something serious in IT. They lowballed the offer and said it’ll be raised after probation based on performance "don’t ever trust that", especially if you’ve seen the 2022 reviews. The environment really sucks for IT, and the hiring process is messy and unclear.
Not recommended.
