The first round of interview was just a hirevue simple questionnaire that asked the person's details, which program they were interested in, and brief summary of their skills. It was over within just 10 minutes or so.

Applied through my university's career fair, was then contacted about an on campus interview. It was all behavioral questions and only lasted about a half hour. They asked common interview questions.
