I was contacted by HR via telephone to have an in-person interview. Interview was with 7 separate people ranging from Manager to Executive. Each interviewer had a different style, some were relaxed while others were more formal. Be prepared to talk about your past experiences, what skills you bring to the specific job, why GE, and why you are a good candidate.
