All of the questions were behavioral - they want to know how you work with others, how you react to obstacles, etc. It was one round of interviews and was conducted online.

Colloquio
I met recruiters at my school and kept in contact with them throughout the process. I was selected to interview through my University's recruiting system. My one-on-one interview consisted of mainly behavioral and situational questions, followed with additional questions about my resume and background. I was asked whether I wanted to go for a co-op or an internship, what type of experience I was looking for, and location preference.

Give me an example of a complex problem you solved, and how you did it.
A campus recruiter conducted a 30 minute interview and asked several behavioral questions. There were several scenario questions and some questions regarding strengths and weaknesses. Overall I would say the interview process was very quick and efficient process.

Give me a time where you took a risk and failed? What did you learn from it?
Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite l'università. La procedura ha richiesto una settimana. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso GE Aerospace nel mese di ott 2019
Colloquio
30-45 minutes interview, two interviewers with engineering backgrounds. A lot more questions than expected but nothing out of the ordinary. Overall experience was slightly above average, the interviewers were very nice and friendly. However, I felt the interview process was a bit dry, mostly questions after questions (since 30 min is not a lot for all those questions). Not really like an engaging conversation compared to my other interviews.
