I applied through Gradcracker. I added in alot of skills in my application, even smaller ones like teamworking, communication, active listening, provided that I have proof of my skills. I feel this is what pushed me to be selected for the second stage assessment. the first stage assessment was a work behaviour assessment as well as a psychometry test, which was all online. I passed both by reading up GE aviation's core values and answering work behaviour questions with those core values in mind. The next stage was the online video assessment. I failed at this stage.
