I got the interview through a College or University and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview and a Personality Test.

What are your 3 greatest strengths and weaknesses?
Early morning interview where the interviewer was cold and sort of unable to hold a conversation. This made the interview difficult because it was one hundred percent behavioral. I was not expecting a behavioral interview with an antisocial interviewer.

They asked zero questions, they just wanted to talk for half an hour which threw me off.

The interview was a simple phone call, around 30 minutes in total. There was no further in-person interview. After the interview, I received an offer notification about 1 - 2 weeks from the interview date.

I secured the job interview through the career fair at my university. The interview was all behavioral questions with some resume based questions. The interview was short and the interviewers helped to put me at ease.
