GE was looking for all rounded candidate with experience to cut across board and someone with strong business partnering skills to influence and work as a team player while engaging other stake holders

Personality traits, growth mindset and Accountability
I did an accounting test and then was called for a 1:1 interview. The interview was ok, they asked a few accounting related questions and the reason for wanting to join the company
Friendly snd challenging. Was a great experience. Two interviews and they got back to me soon. Didn’t waste my time. Didn’t get an offer but valued the experience. 30 words is a lot to write about an interview but I hope this is enough.
