One-on-One interview with campus recruiter (non-engineer). Asked several questions, "Tell me about a time when you had to overcome a difficult challenge," "what was the best idea you ever had," "what is the most important decision you've ever made." Lasted 30 minutes, allowed as much time as possible for my own questions.
