Cross functional, the company interviews for the company, not for the role. Went through 2 phone interviews. It did not seem that the group had a clear idea of where the company or jobs were going.

Multi-step. Recruiter, manager, and panel of peers. It took around 2 months to complete and fairly straight forward. The next steps were communicated and interviewers respectful. Would try to land a role again the future.

The interview process was fair and efficient. The interviewers asked good questions and gave me a fair opportunity, although I did not receive an offer. My experience was a good one.
