I initially applied for the Financial Management Program (FMP) but was interviewed for the AAM position. The overall process was fairly casual. The interviewer asked me several behavioral questions such as what was your favorite course in university? least favorite course? They need you to express your interest in sales and account management. I really enjoyed the interview but unfortunately, the position was cancelled and I was informed a couple months later.

Applied online, got a call in like 4 days .I had a brief phone interview where the guy basically explained the job description, not many question.Then, i was called in to have an interview with the vice president of the division. Many behavioral questions and personality questions. No technical questions. I guess he was trying to get a feel of the personality. Interview lasted about an hour. Very simple interview.
