Interview process initiated with a phone screen with a talent manager which lead to an on-site panel interview with 3 directors of Finance. This was followed up with a 1:1 with the CFO.

What type of employee would you rather have? An employee that can do anything they ask of you, knowledgeable and trained but cannot think outside the box. Or an employee that has a breathe of knowledge and experiences but need to train to some intermediate to advance financial principles.
