Processo seletivo com etapas online e presencial. Claramente há uma padronização do processo seletivo no mundo inteiro. A etapa online não é com uma pessoa real e ela é integralmente em inglês (inclusive com teste sobre essa língua). Presencialmente, houve teste de lógica, Excel e entrevista (parcialmente em inglês e português).
