It was the first interview where I used special platform - HireValue. The interview goes “online”, meaning the questions come on the screen and the video reply should be done within 1-2 minutes. Preparation time is about 30 seconds before the recording starts. In general, there were 10 questions one after another and in the end the whole video is available for HR team.

I was a Co-Ops for GE Power and Water for 5 months. After that i was recommended by my manager to join the Leadership Development Program. The interview process was efficient and it took about 1 month to get an answer back from them that i was successfully to join the program.
