Submitted a resume to someone I met on a job site. Scheduled an interview with the branch manager. Had a short interview.

Really just verified technical skills for a control systems engineer.
There was only 1 round. We talked about my resume. No hard questions. Very friendly. Although we had a good interview but they ghost. Serval month later, got an email saying the position was fulfilled.

Two interviewers asked me to make a self introduction first and then asked many technical questions based on what I answered at the beginning. No motivation questions and other general questions as other company.

Leider zu viele unterschiedliche Ansprechpartner die sich unter einander nicht abstimmen. Daher nur per Zufall den Termin zum Gespräch erfahren. Das Gespräch an sich war dann einfach und sehr angenehm.
