The recruiter came on campus, and I talked with them at the career fair. They invited me to apply for an on-campus interview a couple weeks later. I went into the interview, not too prepared, but they weren't too difficult of questions. They were mainly related to my interest in technology, and my leadership experiences.

Met a group of five at an information session. Saw the same group at a tech fair for the university. Interviewed by two persons, both I had met previously at the events. Strictly behavioral for the first interview. Only gave two answers out of 8-10 relating to the field directly, the rest were demonstrating strong traits with clear examples. Second interview was an unscheduled phone interview from out of town. Very informal. Only one or two questions asked that were relative to the conversation we were having.
