Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite l'università. La procedura ha richiesto una settimana. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso GE (Louisville, KY) nel mese di set 2014
Colloquio
I talked with employees at a career fair at my University. Applied to the appliances division in electrical engineering. They came back a week later to hold a full day of interviews. We had a networking luncheon the day before to talk with employees/past co-ops, and meet the interviewers ahead of time. The interview was very structured: 5 minutes of introductions, 20 minutes of behavioral/experience questions, 5 minutes of questions back at them. The interviewer was very nice. Asked some questions about my resume, and several "Tell me about a time you..." questions. Overall a very basic interview, nothing tricky about it. no technical questions

Colloquio
I was able to schedule an interview through my university's CareerEngine and by attending the on-campus career fair as well. It was actually only the second interview I had ever gotten, and I was not familiar of the process, so I thought that the recruiter (Mechanical Engineering graduate) was going to ask me about my studies and technical experience. On the contrary, all of the interview was behavioral based and I learned the lesson that one must learn to present his/her self as a person rather than to spend time on what the company has to offer.
