Talked to them early in the job search process and was impressed enough with the quality of people I met in the interviewing process that I cut the rest of my job search short and accepted without running the full search that I expected. They were thorough, smart, selective, and asked pressing questions to test my skills.

Describe your weaknesses in your field of expertise (electrical engineering).
Early morning interview where the interviewer was cold and sort of unable to hold a conversation. This made the interview difficult because it was one hundred percent behavioral. I was not expecting a behavioral interview with an antisocial interviewer.

The interview was a simple phone call, around 30 minutes in total. There was no further in-person interview. After the interview, I received an offer notification about 1 - 2 weeks from the interview date.

I secured the job interview through the career fair at my university. The interview was all behavioral questions with some resume based questions. The interview was short and the interviewers helped to put me at ease.
