They ask your preference of business unit during the first interview, but preferences are generally not obliged.
For full-time:
Most full-time FMPs come directly from internship or co-op programs
Very few full-time FMPs are hired directly into the program

Good process it was typical three behavioral interviews and more of a conversation. Great experience! You are able to network and heard shortly after interviews were conducted. Organized and efficient.

The first round is a group interview. Every team will be given a short case. After a group discussion, one as the representative of the team will give a presentation. The second round is one-to-one interview with HR. Questions are about the reasons you apply.... The last round is another group interview and the judges/observers will be the finance managers.
