I applied online and spoke to a talent acquisition rep first, which was pretty standard. He passed my info along to the hiring manager, who I interviewed with the week after. After that I had two more interviews with members of the team I would join if hired, and that seemed to go well. But then, crickets. I reached back out to the initial talent acquisition team member I spoke with and he said he would get back to me with any developments but he never did. Later I saw the job reposted on LinkedIn, and eventually I noticed that my application status on their platform changed to "rejected", but it would've been nice to hear from an actual person after so many rounds of interviews.
