I applied online after a friend referred me to the company. I received a response about 2 weeks after applying for a HR phone interview. The HR representative asked a few behavioral questions and was very easy to talk to. Moved on to the in-person interviews the following week. Met with the regional service manager and a few experienced field service engineers. Mostly discussed why I wanted the job and why I would be a good fit for the position. A few days later I received a phone call from HR for more behavioral questions and to talk more about GE. One day later I was offered the position.
Overall, I am extremely happy with the process. All of the employees I talked with were very professional and easy going.

The interview was Phone and virtual interview, there were two rounds of interviews with managers and HR initial screening. Took a while to get offer as the process took long.

Pretty straightforward process. 1 video submission and 2 online interview. Salary discussion with HR did not end well, felt like she was low balling and the conversation was stale. Pretty nice people who conducted interview.

Recruiter interview then followed by two more. One with hiring manager then district manager. The process was pretty standard. I felt like it was a normal interview process. I wouldn’t give any negatives in relation to the interviewing process.
