Primo colloquio da remoto in lingua inglese, poche informazioni specifiche (come spesso accade). Dopo 2 settimane il secondo colloquio in sede con HR ed il responsabile di reparto, molto tecnico e preciso sul tipo di attività e sulla posizione lavorativa, offerta ricevuta dopo ulteriori 2 settimane.

Colloquio
I applied Online. The whole process took 2 months. I was Interviewed at GE Power, Rugby. The Recruiter was not involved right through out the interview process nor they responded to any enquiry emails. There were 2 stages in the interview process. The first stage is basically Teams discussion which was straightforward. The second stage was about 15 minute presentation on a topic that is related to the role followed by questions based on the presentation and a factory tour. They haven't provided any presentation equipment so I ended up presenting in my laptop. Interviewers seemed friendly and welcoming but recruiter ghosted me at last step and did not send me any feedback.
