I applied for the job on 15/12/2025 via the company's website. The following day I received an email from the company's recruiter wanting to schedule a call for the following day. The call was rather casual, where I was able to present myself, my experience and qualification and why I was interested in the role and the company. The call went well, and the recruiter proceeded to arrange a video call between myself and someone more senior in relation to the position I applied for, for 18/12/2025. On 18/12/2025, the call was cancelled a couple hours before it was due, as the person was ill. The recruiter promised to reschedule, but as I am writing this on 20/01/2026, I received no further information from him despite two follow-up emails. I have seen the role being re-posted on LinkedIn… The recruiter sounded in a rush to get someone hired and the process moved fast, which is why I am finding it so puzzling that I am being ghosted. This whole experience gave me a negative view of the company and the recruitment process.
