i got a call from the HR department in the starting and then i just followed there instructions in the starting i have applied to it through online mode and then they shortlisted my resume and send me mail to which i have applied then i got the call and they had called me for the interview
Ho ottenuto questo colloquio tramite il sito del career service della mia università. Il processo si è così articolato: pre screening cv, poi colloquio digitale tramite app e infine colloquio conoscitivo di persona nella loro sede. Le domande sono state semplici e piuttosto standard. Bisogna parlare del proprio percorso di studi e di eventuali esperienze extracurricolari.

Applied online where i was contacted immediately with a phone screen. A week later I was contacted and had another phone screen. Another week and I was sent plane tickets to fly out for a group interview where I went between 5 Sr. Managers who asked me behavioral type questions. One consisted of technical questions from engineering fundamentals, i.e. derive formula for equivalent resistance, chemistry material, temperature, fluid flow...etc.
