On-campus interview with behavioral questions. Small selection referred to on-site interviews 2 weeks later where there were more behavioral questions with 5 interviewers (managers, program leader, former OMLP alum, etc.)

Tell me about a time when you had to lead a group of peers.
The interviewer started by asking me a little bit about myself and then they went into more detail about GE Vernova about a whole. Three behavioral questions were asked. The interview lasted 30 minutes with time for questions at the end.

Colloquio
The interview process for OMLP included 5, 30min interviews in one morning or afternoon. They took you on a local plant tour for the other part of the day. The interviews were with the program manager, as well as local Supply Chain business leaders. They would be conducted at one of Power & Water's major sites, typically either Greenville, SC or Schenectady, NY (they would fly you there). If you are not an intern previously, you will have to an additional on-campus interview prior to the above process. I heard a decision the day after the 5 interviews.
