I conducted a phone interview with a hiring manager which covered very basic questions. Through this phone interview I was asked whether I knew anyone at GE who I then provided the name of. After the Phone interview a technical and HR interview were set up and then canceled and replaced with an interview by the person I knew at GE.

The interview process was straightforward and lengthy. They gave a decent amount of questions and it was a 3 step process. I wish communication was more consistent but it makes sense considering the size of the company.
