The first interview was a phone interview. The second interview was supposed to be a Skype interview with a hiring manager, but on two different occasions, the hiring manager no showed for the interview, and no one called me to either cancel or explain the situation. I asked to be withdrawn from consideration after that. The whole experience was very unprofessional in my view.
