I scheduled a phone interview for a Monday morning. Maybe 30 minutes before it was scheduled to begin, I received a call stating there were scheduling conflicts and that I needed to reschedule. So this put me at an inconvenience. I rescheduled for the following day. I answered about 5 "what if/STAR" questions. Other questions were assuring that I would be okay with the work environment, schedule, training process, etc. I was told that I would hear SOMETHING (meaning whether or not I proceed to the next step) within 72 hours. I never received a call or email to inform me where I stand in the process. I'm okay that they decided not to proceed with me, but I didn't appreciate being misinformed. The hiring team seems to be out of sync with each other and disorganized. Be aware and be prepared for things to be out of alignment, just be patient.

Recently had interview with geico for adjuster trainee role. Was very bland. Had issues with hearing recruiter through video so she called me. Never heard back from her until almost 3 weeks later since I emailed and reached out. Then they sent me the Thank you for your time email. Cannot re apply with them for 6 months
