Many test before you ever get a face to face interview , when you do get a interview they want you to dress very professional telling you in a email you will be meeting with management but you don't you meet with a very young and dumb person that doesn't introduce themselves and is dressed like a bum and plays on their phone during the whole interview and then ask the same question over and over not ever giving you eye contact or even looking your way.

Recently had interview with geico for adjuster trainee role. Was very bland. Had issues with hearing recruiter through video so she called me. Never heard back from her until almost 3 weeks later since I emailed and reached out. Then they sent me the Thank you for your time email. Cannot re apply with them for 6 months
