General phone interview to screen for a face to face. Online application was standard with behavioral test. Phone interview questions included why you would want to work for the company, why would you be a good fit for the company, and past work experiences. I made a mistake in offering to do the interview while not fully awake and as such did not sell myself too well.

Easy, first you take a keyboard and personality test, Then you interview with a manager. After, they will send you either an offer letter or a letter advising over choosing other candidates.

A situation where I had to help someone in the workplace.
Panel interview. Simulation style interview to see how well you can handle tasks and stress. Stay calm and prioritize all of the tasks. Something will lack but it has to be insignificant.
Be prepared with examples to plug and play. May include a technical assessment.
For the interview:
Must use STAR method in responses. Be prepared to give detailed examples. Focus on the customer. Use tactical instances and tie it back to the questions asked.
