I was sent tests by email to complete, then asked to do a virtual interview by video recording answers to interview questions then uploading back to hiring team. I was called on the phone and asked two additional questions and was told that I would get a call back in a few days. I thought I answered questions well and had the right experience and qualifications but unfortunately this was a couple of weeks ago and nobody ever called me back. I was disappointed because I very much wanted to work for Geico. However, I am not aware of why there were not interested in following up with me and I'm not sure if and when I can re-apply with them. They have recently posted this same position available again in my area, West Palm Beach, FL

How you would handle the stress of breaking bad news to customers as well as working additional hours to complete assignments.
Good experience with this company and interview process. They asked questions pertaining to past job experience and questions regarding the job itself. The recruiter was nice and friendly, as well.

applied and was asked to do a assessment which was pretty straightforward. Then did a 20 min zoon interview with a recruiter. They explained a little about the job, salary, training and that I would be invited for a 2nd interview with the leadership team. A little strange interview also, they didn't really ask any questions about myself, just asked how many times I've shown up late for work in my past job and why I had a gap in my employment. A few days later I got a automated email that the job had been filled already. Seems just because you are told you made it to the 2nd and final round doesn't mean you will. They seem to hire first come first serve.

I did a zoom interview, which wasn’t the issue. The issue was I felt like there were no questions asked linked directly to the job I was applying for. I’m use to more behavioral based questions and they asked a lot of random filler questions, had me guessing why are they even interviewing me??
