The interview is exactly as everyone else has described. After you apply, they ask you to come test. The test is typing and multitasking. I did not find this to be difficult. After if you pass, you speak to an hr interviewer. She asked the normal questions. If they like you, you can stay and do the role playing. After role play, you sit with someone who currently works in the position. Afterwards you interview with the manager you would ultimately work for. I did not get hired. I was a little annoyed that it seemed that you being hired would basically be left up to the last person you interviewed. I didn't feel like it took everything into account, and she seemed disinterested from the get go. Be prepared to spend most of your day there.
