Questionnaire, excel test, phone interview. Questionnaire asked basic questions, excel test was a two hour test about basic excel skills. Phone interview had behavioral questions. The interviewer replied within a week for each part.
Given basic Questionnaire to answer, then some old-fashioned Excel test where you are given things you likely haven't been really exposed to, considering you are applying for an entry-level position

The process was quick and simple. Performing well on the excel assessment definitely helped move me along in the interview process (the excel assessment is more a pricing assessment). HR was helpful, too. Note: if you say you are proficient in a software or language, they will probably ask you some questions!

The interviewer appeared to be condescending the whole time. No feedback and no emotion. Unpleasant experience. But had to admit that I did not fully prepare especially when the interviewer asked me to name a restaurant near the workplace.
