first you do a phone interview then you go into the office for a interview mines took two days to complete... first I took a typing test passed it then had an interview with an HR member nailed it... then I did a role play where i pretended to be a dispatcher taking calls from different types of customers if you remain calm and show empathy you will do great in this section... next I job shadowed someone in this position... then I had an interview with the manager over the position then I was offered the job and was sent to take a drug test... and took a picture for my badge
